Made in France in 2008. That makes it over 17 years old!! In fabulous condition for its age. Quality of canvas is unmatched. Also all hardware is 100% brass. Love these older pieces. 
The leather is a beautiful light honey patina with very little wear. Canvas looks fantastic. No cracks or tear. Bumper is intact, NO CRACKS. Plastic parts around the wheels has some inevitable scratches. Wheels itself are in very good condition and still nice and thick. Piping looks very good. Interior fabric shows light signs of use. Long handle retracts as it should. Ships with garment bag and lock # 448 (no key)
