Made in France January 1988. Over 38 years old. The canvas is vibrant and stunning. It has no cracks, holes or tear. The hardware shows normal discoloration. There are wrinkling and rubs at the edges. The vachetta is a nice even color which I adore. There are some very light surface cracking on the long strap and leather straps where they loop through the buckle. This is a common occurrence on vintage bags, as that area is constantly bent and flexed over time. The leather on these older pieces is thick and durable, so this type of wear is purely cosmetic and does not affect the functionality or usability of the bag. The interior is clean.
